FleetForge is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to connect traffic-domain needs with engineering and AI teams. You will clarify problems, map workflows, and keep delivery aligned with real operational outcomes.
What you will do
- Understand traffic operations and turn them into clear product requirements.
- Map workflows, data needs, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Work with domain experts, QA, product, and engineering through delivery.
- Use feedback and operational evidence to improve the product over time.
What helps you succeed
- Strong experience gathering and analysing requirements for complex software.
- Ability to map processes and explain domain needs to technical teams.
- Comfort working with APIs, data flows, AI-supported decisions, and system constraints.
- Strong facilitation, documentation, prioritisation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- A practical mindset focused on useful outcomes rather than paperwork alone.
