Terms

Clear terms for a useful relationship.

These terms explain how you may use the FleetForge website. A separate written agreement governs any specific paid engagement.

Last updated: 21 September 2026

Please read this first. These website terms are general terms of use. They are not a statement of work, proposal, employment agreement, data processing agreement, or other contract for a specific engagement. The website accepts non-binding project inquiries; it does not provide checkout or place an order.

1. Who we are

FleetForge GmbH is a software development partner based in Zürich, Switzerland. Through this website, we explain our capabilities, publish selected company information, and provide a way to start a conversation about a potential project.

2. Using this website

You may use the website for lawful purposes and for genuine business or personal information. You must not:

  • interfere with the website, its infrastructure, or its security;
  • submit malicious code, automated abuse, or misleading information;
  • infringe another person's rights or use the website to break the law; or
  • copy, scrape, resell, or republish substantial parts of the website without permission.

3. Website information

We work to keep the website useful and accurate, but descriptions, availability, examples, technology references, and team information may change. Website content is general information. It does not promise a particular service, result, delivery date, price, or team member availability.

4. Contacting us and starting a project

Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, reservation, employment relationship, or obligation to begin work. A project starts only when the parties agree on the applicable written terms.

Those terms may cover scope, fees, timelines, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, confidentiality, intellectual property, data protection, support, and termination. If a signed project agreement conflicts with these website terms, the project agreement applies to that engagement.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, FleetForge and its licensors retain the rights in the website, brand assets, visual design, text, code, photographs, and other materials published on it. You may view the materials and share ordinary links to the website. You may not copy, modify, sell, republish, or use them to suggest FleetForge endorsement without written permission.

Ownership and licence terms for project deliverables are determined by the applicable written project agreement.

6. Information you submit

Please do not send passwords, access keys, payment details, special-category personal data, or other sensitive information through the public contact form unless it is necessary and appropriate for an initial conversation. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle information submitted through the website.

Any confidentiality obligations for a prospective engagement or project should be agreed separately in writing.

7. Third-party services and links

The website may link to or refer to third-party services, software, or websites. FleetForge does not control and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms and policies.

8. Availability and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any liability allocation for a specific engagement is governed by the applicable written agreement.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal information, including the privacy preference stored in your browser, is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and severability

We may update these terms when the website, our services, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.

If a provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

11. Contact

For questions about these website terms, please use the contact page.

These terms apply only to use of this website. Applicable law and dispute-resolution terms for any paid project must be set out in the separate written agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
