How we work
Remote by design. Present in the work.
FleetForge is built for focused distributed collaboration. We use remote work to bring the right people together without adding unnecessary layers or meetings.

Our principle
Remote work is not a reduced version of office work. It is a deliberate way of working that gives people focus, makes decisions visible, and keeps collaboration accessible across locations and time zones.
How we collaborate
- We work asynchronously by default, with written context for decisions, risks, and next steps.
- We agree practical overlap hours for each engagement when live decisions or workshops are useful.
- We keep meetings purposeful, documented, and accessible to the people who need the outcome.
- We use clear ownership and visible progress so clients are not dependent on hallway conversations.
Availability and communication
Each engagement defines its working rhythm, response expectations, communication channels, and time-zone overlap. Outside agreed availability, people are trusted to protect focused work and personal time unless an urgent operational matter has been agreed in advance.
Security and privacy
Team members are expected to use approved accounts and devices, strong authentication, secure connectivity, and appropriate care when handling client or company information. We do not discuss confidential work in public spaces or store it in unapproved tools. Suspected loss, exposure, or security incidents must be reported promptly.
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Inclusion and wellbeing
Remote collaboration should make participation easier, not harder. We make room for different communication styles, document decisions for people who cannot attend live, and review workload and meeting patterns when they stop supporting good work.
Travel and exceptions
In-person workshops, travel, equipment, and exceptional working arrangements are agreed based on the needs of the engagement and the applicable individual contract. Local mandatory employment, tax, health and safety, and data protection requirements always take priority.
What success looks like
A good remote engagement has shared context, dependable follow-through, honest escalation, and enough quiet time to do the work well. The goal is not to be online all day. The goal is to make progress easy to understand and delivery dependable.
